* Wheat Grass Field *

Hello, everyone, a very happy moment to share. ^^ Last soap making had a failed dressing, this time, a little bit improvement, the dressing didn't going down after 24 hours! Yay! I still don't know how to handle that soap well, sometimes it's too trace and hard to pour out, sometimes it's too light until the dressing cannot be. Sigh... Ya still a long way to go, practice make perfect! So, try again and again and again!

Start from the ingredients again, this time i have mix two types of olive oil as one of my soap user with damn dry skin complain that the 100% pure olive oil made soap is still not moisture enough to her skin, i have use half 100% pure and half extra virgin instead of all extra virgin because soap fully made by extra virgin olive oil will caused it too soft in the process of using. 
Ingredients : -
  1. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  2. 100% Pure Olive Oil
  3. Palm Oil
  4. Coconut Oil
  5. NaOH
  6. Diluted Water
  7. Rosemary Essential Oil
  8. Wheatgrass Powder
Rosemary EO actually suitable to use on hair washing. Therefore, this soap can be use to wash hair, but! definitely no suitable for person who has oily head skin and dandruff problem. Hair fall problem could be solve because this EO has a ability to stimulate hair growth. Furthermore, it can boost mental activity, which mean can wake you up in the early morning. When your brain is tired, by inhaling the smell of this EO could lifts your spirit immediately! Oh, it can increase your concentration also. It relieve respiratory problems, reduce pain, relief stress and etc.

Wheat grass powder have an effect on stimulate skin renewal which means even you got wound, it helps in recovering better. It could reduce your skin itchy making it a good cleanser also. 

The process, you could check from the very first post named Handmade Ginger Organic Soap as the process is exactly the same. Just the pouring part is different cos this time i pour in two colours layer by layer and last add on the green-ish dressing which used wheat grass powder as colourant.

Then, i have watched a video from youtube which make them into cupcake pattern. So, copycat i choose to be. i used those left to make this three - no waste.

* Rose Hips Beach Party *

Hi, a brand new soap again! Partially success, why i said partial, because of the dressing that i first made, erm.. kind of weird. Well, good try anyway! *Hand claps to myself* Last post, i have promised to make a Frankincense Almond Soap, but then i have decided to change my mind when one of my friend required for this kind of "special" soap. As she said, my previous soap is not good looking, she means - too simple, whereas may of her friends had made a lot of beautiful soap which looks tasty than mine. Therefore, i planned to have a try! 

Ok, now let's get start from ingredients : -
  1. 100% Pure Olive Oil
  2. Palm Oil
  3. Coconut Oil
  4. NaOH 
  5. Diluted Water
  6. Frankincense EO
  7. Rose Hips Powder
  8. Cocoa Powder
Why Frankincense EO? Frankincense has a sweet, warm, balsamic aroma that is stimulating and elevating to the mind. Useful for visualizing, improving one's spiritual connection and centering, it has comforting properties that help focus the mind and overcome stress and despair. Hence, it's everyone needs i think.

Next, Rose Hips Powder. It is a rich source of Vitamin C which needed by our skin in terms of whitening, firming and anti-aging. Meanwhile, the contain anti-inflammatory components too.

Overnight Oatmeal - 1st try?

Ok, forget bout the soap first, recently have no time to complete my soap task at all. *Sigh*
As a mom, it's really hard to have time in such long holidays ~ 
Yet, i miss my blog! @@"

Come on, let's talk bout the oatmeal, i have seen many of friends, blogger is doing this! I have seduced by the nice deco of oatmeal made by a sis, every morning, different style!
Therefore, viewed youtube for receipe and its too many to choose! *Glad* 
Try to buy those ingredients in supermarket but then barely choice, 
at last i get myself:
Kiwis, apples, BIG raisin and walnut!
Oh, don't forget your milk, oat and honey ~

1. Pour in some oat. (I put 5 tablespoons)


















2. Put in some honey. I preferred honey compare to others sweetener~


















3. Pour in milk, as much as you like.  


















5. Mix them well with fruits and nuts.
































Here is the result: 


















Put in fridge then you could serve it on the next morning. Suggested 6-8 hours.
Taste super good surprisingly.
Plus - high calcium, high protein, high fiber + low calories !!!  
Definitely super healthy meal ~
