Eucalyptus Wheat Grass Soap

Again, i have made this eucalyptus ~ This time i selfish again, not enough powder i put, therefore, the soap isn't green. Quite sad. Anyway, it looks nice also. Since i have made this before, so i'm not going to describe more. Let's check the ingredients and photos!

Ingredients:-
  1. 100% Pure Olive Oil
  2. Palm Oil
  3. Coconut Oil
  4. Sweet Almond Oil
  5. Lye
  6. Water
  7. Wheat Grass Powder
  8. Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Now show you all the outcome, i do over trace always. But now on, i think i'm not going to do this way anymore. That is because, over trace soap come out with a lot bubbles when it is in liquid form, after saponification, the soap not silky smooth enough. Well, do not worry about the quality of soap. It does not change according to the bubbles less or more. It is just personal likes.

Benefits of Eucalyptus Essential Oil
  1. Has anti-inflammatory and analgesic qualities
  2. Stimulates mental activity
  3. Has anti-bacteria and antiseptic properties
  4. Treat lice and skin infections
Beware!
* Consuming large quantity may be toxic *
* Avoid from pregnant ladies *

That's all for today, thank you.

Blue Peppermint Soap

Good day everyone, this time have brought a new kind of soap here to share - Blue Peppermint Soap. Unfortunately, it's not blue at all. Quite disappointed although the time i mixing oils with blue clay powder already can foresee the colour wont be blue. Just did not expected that the colour not sharp. I mean not green not grey not blue.. I have no idea what colour they are.. I called them ash. Ash colour.. Sigh!

Let's see the ingredients: -
  1. 100% Pure Olive Oil
  2. Palm Oil
  3. Coconut Oil
  4. Sweet Almond Oil
  5. Lye
  6. Water
  7. Peppermint Essential Oil
  8. Blue Clay Powder
You can see that my ingredients are always the same. I just make changes in EO and powder. Sometimes i will change the oils to achieve different result.

Peppermint EO has mint odour like eucalyptus. Some of you might don't like this. I am not prefer this smell. But the effect of this EO is quite attractive.

Let me show you the benefits of Peppermint EO. Like the most other EO, peppermint is able to provide depression and mental exhaustion due to its refreshing nature. It is also effective against anxiety and restlessness. Furthermore, it stimulates mental activity, clears mind and increase focus on cognitive tasks.

Studies have shown that vapor of peppermint can increase blood circulation and lead to oxygenate the body's organs and increase metabolism, as well as oxygenate the brain

Peppermint EO is also very useful for hair care as it gives a cooling effect to the head while removing dandruff and lice. It has antiseptic, regenerative and stimulating effects, which means that it can relieve the scalp of irritation and dry skin, stimulate hair growth for those suffering from baldness, and give relatively healthy hair a shinny, fresh look.

It is good for skin also because peppermint oil contains menthol which creates a cooling sensation. Furthermore, it nourishes dull skin and improves the texture of oily or greasy skin.

Please take note that there are some risks in using too much peppermint oil including allergic reaction, heartburn and headaches.

There you are, this time i have choose single mold instead of toast mold. Have been a long time i didn't use this well. Haha.. Now you can see, the soap is not blue ~ ~ ~ Blue clay i have used can wash impurities away. Normally used in the treatment of oily and problematic skin. They regulates sebum flow, cleanses hair follicles and dissolves impurities on the skin as well.

After keep warm for 24 hours, here is the result. Not bad right. It is just NOT BLUE. (T_T)

Those houses looks cute! Prepared for christmas goodies. So, see you again in short! Tata ~
